How our quoting works
We ask for the clearing envelope (or approximate area), the program dates, the depot or nearest town, and the type of role required (FSC, Koala Spotter or both). The quote engine calculates the mobilisation from the closest depot in our network, applies the published day rate for the role, and totals the GST. You get a PDF quote in your inbox within two minutes, plus a booking link to accept and lock the crew in.
Why we don't publish a fixed dollar rate online
Because the honest answer is 'it depends' — fuel, distance, licence level and remoteness all shift the number materially. A supplier who publishes a single fixed day rate online is either quoting a floor or hiding the travel. Our instant quoter accounts for all of it, so the number you see is the number that gets billed.

Does the quote include Fauna Management Plan preparation?
