How booking works
Accept your itemised quote online (either from the emailed PDF link or by re-entering the quote reference on this page). We reserve the crew, confirm the depot allocation, and send booking confirmation with the site-induction requirements.

What you'll need
To confirm a booking we need the site induction pack (or a link to it), the primary site contact, the depot or gate address, and any special access requirements. If the scope needs a Fauna Management Plan, Species Management Program or permit copies, our office coordinates that with you before mobilisation.
Notice periods
48–72 hours for metro and regional east-coast bookings. A week or more for remote, multi-crew and Koala Spotter-specific mobilisations where a specific licensed individual has to be sourced. Emergency snake catcher callouts on active sites are dispatched immediately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book without a quote?
We prefer to quote first — the quote sets the scope, day rate and depot allocation so there are no surprises. If you already have an existing engagement or preferred-supplier agreement, contact us directly and we'll book off the standing rate sheet.
What if my program date slips?
Date changes made more than 5 business days ahead of mobilisation are free. Inside 5 business days we may charge a mobilisation-hold fee if the crew has been reserved and can't be re-rostered — flagged transparently on your booking.
Can we book multiple crews at once?
Yes. Multi-crew bookings across the same or multiple sites are quoted and booked as a single engagement, with one PO covering all crews. Common for large clearing programs and multi-front infrastructure works.
